Peanut oil is an edible vegetable oil obtained by crushing peanuts/groundnut seeds in a specific temperature. This oil is primarily used for cooking especially for frying due to its aroma. Quality peanuts are obtained from farmers first go through dehydration process. The dehydrated seeds are then cleaned and graded. The best graded seeds go through crushing (expeller process) at specific temperature so that the best quality peanut oil is obtained which has all its nutritional values intact.
