Coconut oil is an edible vegetable oil obtained by crushing dried meat which is present inside the coconut in a specific temperature. This oil is primarily used for cooking and medicinal purpose. Best quality coconuts are obtained from farmers are quality tested and then broken to extract the coconut meat and it is let to dry. The dried and dehydrated coconut goes through crushing (expeller process) at a specific temperature so that the best quality coconut oil can be obtained which has all its nutritional values intact.
